Pay-as-you-Go Computer Service is not an Hourly Fee but a flat rate.

Benfits of Monthly Retainer Clients:

                      
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (CST/CDT) email, text and phone support
  • Evenings, weekends and holidays by previous arrangements at Discounted Rates
  • Two (2) Remote Support Incidents per month per paid Computer/Server/Device
  • One (1) On-Site Support Incidents per Calendar quarter per paid Computer/Server/Device, provided CLIENT has been a Monthly Retainer client at least ninety (90) days.  Client shall be entitled to this service if they have been a Monthly Retainer client for less than ninety (90) days but shall be liable for either the total cost of three (3) months worth of Monthly Retainer fees less any full months fees already paid or a $30 trip fee, whichever is less if Client does not maintain MyRemoteSupportTech.com on Monthly Retainer for a minimum of ninety (90) days.
  • Unlimited E-mail advice, research on hardware and software, recommendations
  • Install, Setup and Maintain any software that MyRemoteSupportTech.com acts as an Authorized Reseller
  • Unlimited problem resolution with any software sold directly by MyRemoteSupportTech.com
    • Above Unlimited problem resolution is related to actual software use and not due to any Virus, Spyware or Malware detected by the software
  • Discounted Service fees when the above is exceeded, fees may be waived at MyRemoteSupportTech.com technicians discretion.  Any fee waiver is on a case-by-case basis and does not indicate that future fees for similar circumstances will be waived.
  • Limited Support Incidents are per Device and all support incidents are tracked by Device ID.  Support Incidents do not carry over between devices.  Support Incidents do not carry forward from month-to-month.  No refunds or proration for unused support incidents.

*INCIDENT: Any single problem or related set of problems.  This is NOT an hourly charge but a flat fee for our Monthly Retainer customers. Only charged for "excessive" on-site. "Excessive" defined in the sole discretion of MyRemoteSupportTech.com Technician at time of charge.
