COMPUTER SUPPORT4EXPATS offers End-User Computer Support on a Pay-as-you-Go and Monthly Retainer basis. really wants to be transparent and open about our pricing methodology.  We wish we could post a single flat rate and be done with it.  However, we recognize that there are multiple situations where our services may be needed and there is no one solution fits all.  This page tries to layout the basis of our fee's for potential clients.  We are willing to discuss this fee structure with potential clients and clients at any time.  Additionally, for clients that chose to utilize our Monthly Retainer service, we will provide the client with an invoice detailing all charges.

All Services are provide in accordance with our standard Terms & Conditions that all clients must agree.


What kind of things are considered an "Incident"?

A "Single" Incident is any one, or inter-related, of the following:

  • Install, configure, upgrade or uninstall software including, but not limited to, Office Productivity, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, Anti-Malware
  • Install, configure, upgrade hardware devices
  • Install, configure, upgrade, maintain wired and wireless networking devices
  • Remove Viruses, Spyware, Malware, Malicous Browser objects
  • Perform Manual Virus, Spyware, Malware system scans
  • Evaluate sluggish network problems
  • Evaluate sluggish computer problems (non-Virus, Spyware, Malware related)
  • Configure system startup and performance
  • Check hardware "health" using various software diagnostic tools
  • Act as advisor to Client related to specific problems and/or Information Technology related issues
  • Assist Client in any manner needed, within the scope of training and experience, on issues related to IT and computers
